Eoin joined the group in October 2018 as Head of Investor Relations for Naspers and Prosus. Before this, Eoin served as SVP, Financial Planning & Analysis and Head of Investor Relations at AOL and held the roles of Head of Investor Relations at IAC and Director of Capital Markets Intelligence at Thomson Financial. Eoin has a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies degree from University College Dublin in Dublin, Ireland, ran a 4.30 mile in his glory days, and is a family man.

Bob van Dijk

Bob became Group CEO of Naspers in April 2014 and has over two decades of experience managing online growth companies. In September 2019, Bob took the additional role of Group CEO of Prosus when the company was listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange.

He joined the group as CEO of the Allegro division in August 2013 and was promoted to CEO of Global Transaction eCommerce in October 2013. He previously worked at eBay and Schibsted, spanning the online marketplaces, online classifieds and fashion segments. Prior to that Bob was an entrepreneur in online financial products having started his career at McKinsey with a focus on M&A and media. Bob has an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.

Romain Voog

Romain is the CEO of Prosus‘s Classifieds segment and OLX Group and has 25 years of experience, mainly as an international C-level leader running customer-focused digital companies around the world.

He has previously been Airbnb's Vice President for Worldwide Sales Operations and Geographies, the CEO of emerging markets e-fashion company Global Fashion Group, and the President of Amazon in France. He has started his career as a consultant with Bain and with BCG. Romain is passionate about assembling and leading global, high-performing teams into scaling technology-enabled B2C or B2B businesses. He believes in putting customers first, the power of confronting ideas, that facts and data are king, and the value of ambitious and innovative strategy and products combined with thorough and detailed execution to deliver sustainable results. He has high standards and a strong sense of commitment and ownership.

Romain is also a director on Nahdi’s Board and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. He is also an angel investor and advisor to tech start-ups and a member of XA network. Romain graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris with a Master’s degree in Science.

Laurent became CEO of PayU and a member of the Group’s Executive Team in 2016. PayU is the leading payments company globally for high-growth markets, with more than 5,000 employees, 400,000 merchants and over US$100bn of payments processed every year. Building on its payments platforms, PayU has expanded its activities into broader financial services with the launch of credit offerings and, more recently, a Digital Bank solution. PayU is an active strategic investor with more than US$1.5bn of capital deployed in M&A and Investments and a portfolio of over 20 companies spanning the fintech and crypto sector. Laurent is a board member of Remitly Inc (Nasdaq: RELY), a member of the WEF group of payments experts, and a member of the advisory board of Growtheum Capital in Singapore. Laurent holds a Master's degree from HEC in Paris and Bocconi University in Milan, and a MBA from the London Business School.

Prashanth Ranganathan

Prashanth is the CEO of PayU Finance Limited, responsible for driving growth in PayU's credit business in India and its ambitious plans to become one of the largest digital lenders in the country. Before joining PayU, Prashanth was the founder and CEO of PaySense, a leading digital lending startup acquired by PayU in 2020, with plans to merge it with LazyPay to build a full-stack digital lending platform in India. Prashanth was appointed CEO of PayU's lending business in India.

Prashanth is a serial entrepreneur with a track record of building mobile tech companies. With rich experience and deep expertise in product, tech, big data, digital lending business, and payments, he has successfully set up new verticals in India. Before founding PaySense, Prashanth was Head of Product, Asia Pacific at PayPal, joining PayPal in 2011. Prashanth has spent more than seventeen years working on various consumer mobile and security solutions and started his career at Microsoft. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor's in Bioinformatics from Stanford University.

Larry Illg

Larry Illg heads the Food and EdTech teams for Prosus, ensuring the company identifies opportunities for future growth globally. Previously, he served as the CEO of Prosus Ventures, where he led investments in food delivery, education, healthcare and more, as well as the CEO of PayU, the payments and fintech division of Prosus. He joined Naspers in 2013 as the COO of e-commerce.

Before Naspers, Larry served as Vice President and General Manager of New Ventures at Trulia, Inc. Prior to Trulia, Larry worked at eBay for eight years in varied roles within the classifieds organization, including GM, North America and Emerging Markets, GM of Scandinavia, COO of Classifieds, and Sr. Director, Strategy and New Ventures for eBay, where he was an advisor to the President of eBay and senior executives managing eBay's e-commerce properties around the world.

Prior to his work at eBay, Larry spent five years as a strategy consultant, working primarily with some of the largest CPG companies in the world: Nestle, Pepsi, Mattel, and Levi's. He started his professional career as an analyst at the Federal Reserve Board. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Prashanth Chandrasekar is Chief Executive Officer of Stack Overflow, where he is responsible for driving the company's overall strategic direction and results. Previously, he held a range of senior leadership roles during his years at Rackspace, including SVP & GM of the company's Cloud & Infrastructure Services portfolio and SVP & GM of its high-growth, global business focused on the world’s leading Public Clouds, which became the fastest growing business in Rackspace’s history.

Prior to joining Rackspace, Prashanth was a VP at Barclays Investment Bank, focused on Strategic and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) within the technology, media and telecom (TMT) industries and served as a manager at Capgemini Consulting where he focused on operations transformation engagements. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Cornell University, and a BS in Computer Engineering (summa cum laude) from the University of Maine.

Fabricio Bloisi

Fabricio Bloisi is the CEO of iFood, Latin America's leading foodtech servicing more than 65 million deliveries per month from 300.000+ restaurants. Fabricio is also the founder of Movile Group, a Brazilian ecosystem of technology companies with a team of around 5.000 people and companies in food delivery, payments, tickets, content and messaging. Bloisi graduated with a degree in Computer Science at UNICAMP and with a Master's degree in Business Administration at FGV/EAESP, which focused on high-growth startups. Bloisi has also taken the Leadership Executive Program at Stanford GSB and is currently part of the Harvard Business School program for Owners and Presidents. In 2021, he also joined the Innovation Council at XPRIZE, a non-profit organisation based in California that designs and hosts public competitions intended to encourage technological development to benefit humanity.

Ervin Tu

Ervin was appointed Group Chief Investment Officer in August 2021. Ervin joined the group from SoftBank, where he was a managing partner in the Vision Fund. There, he led investments in Uber and Bytedance, among others, across technology sectors, including transportation, logistics, next-gen media, and sustainability. He previously co-led M&A and corporate finance for SoftBank Group International. Prior to Softbank, Ervin was a managing director in the technology banking group at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on M&A. Ervin has an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Prajna Khanna

In 2021, Prajna joined Naspers-Prosus to build and lead the Sustainability Department for the group and its companies. As a global consumer internet group and one of the largest technology investors in the world, we are aware of the environmental and social impact of our business decisions and activities and we take this responsibility seriously by embedding sustainability criteria not only in our capital allocation choices, but also in the operations of the group.

Prajna’s education and early career was in the field of media and mass communications, following which she applied this expertise to the non-for-profit sector working in the field to support advocacy and scale up of solutions for environmental and social interventions. With an eye on the role that business can play in addressing shared global challenges, she joined the Sustainability team at ING Bank and subsequently accepted the role of Head of CSR - Philips Lighting and Director of Philips Lighting Foundation. Like Naspers-Prosus, her roots lie in an emerging market, India, while she has built her life, with a Dutch husband and two children in the Netherlands.

Basil Sgourdos

Basil was appointed Group Chief Finance Officer of Naspers in July 2014 and Prosus on its listing in 2019. A qualified chartered accountant (South Africa), he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. from 1989 to 1994, while studying for his degrees. He joined Naspers initially as the finance manager of the South African operations division in MultiChoice before assuming a ten-year tenure as Chief Finance Officer of Naspers’s then Thailand-listed investment United Broadcasting Corporation Plc. Basil then spent two years in Amsterdam as GM for pay-television business development globally, before his appointment to Chief Finance Officer of MIH in January 2009, a position he held until his current appointments. MIH, at the time, managed the group’s investments in e-commerce and pay-television.
